- We currently ship to Cyprus and Greece. If your location is not listed, please contact us for assistance.
- Delivery times may vary depending on your location. Standard delivery times are as follows:
- Domestic: 7 business days
- International: 14 business days
Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may be affected by external factors such as customs delays or holiday periods.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 2 business days after payment is confirmed. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information if available.
International Shipping
We ship internationally to select locations. Please be aware that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and additional fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping rates.
Lost or Damaged Items
While we take care to package your items securely, we are not responsible for any lost or damaged items during transit. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier with your tracking information. In the event of a damaged item, please reach out to us with photos of the damage, and we will assist in resolving the issue.
Delayed or Missing Deliveries
If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please first check the tracking information provided. If the tracking status shows the package as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly. We cannot be held liable for delays caused by the carrier or external factors.
Changes to Shipping Address
If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to update the address, but once an order has been shipped, we cannot make changes.
